ALL SESSIONS WILL BE ONLINE FOR THE DURATION OF THE LOCKDOWN 

Starting 16th & 18th February 2021 to 23rd & 25th March

Zoom classes will continue with a new block of 6 sessions starting next week to take us to the Easter break.

Tuesday 6.15pm to 7.30pm  breathing practices, gentle warm up moving to yoga flows & stronger poses & completing with deep relaxation.

Tuesday Yin Yoga 8 – 9.15pm. Light your candles, silence or your favourite relaxing sounds, join me in resting into long posture holds, to ease the body, strengthen the joints, free the flow of energy through your body, be bathed in poetry and guided with breath and awareness practices.

Thursday 6.15pm to 7.30pm again breathing practices, warming up of the joints & muscles,  gentle flows of postures & as always with me deep relaxation to complete.

All 6 week blocks £48 or if you’re coming twice a week £70. If you’re experiencing hardship be in touch for a reduced cost place.

Recorded sessions can be sent if you miss your class.

Sunday Monthly Women’s Yoga Sessions by the log burner discover deep rest in yoga    10am to 12pm

2 hours of nourishing movement and lots of deep rest.  Including Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, gentle movement, sound & healthy sweet cacao treats.  No experience needed.
